SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!
The real estate we own won't provide us with the income we want. The reason is the property taxes are 68 bucks an acre. Across the river in Missouri on what I considered equal ground their seven bucks. Thinking about selling my Nebraska Holdings and buying Missouri. It would mean selling the Family Farm but you gotta do what you gotta do.
