Farm land at $88 per acre and that's the CAUV Farm use rate. And my house $4500.

My farm paid over $100,000 each year in all taxes the last 3 years, I can't afford it anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like a 1031 exchange to be able to move away.

so where do your real estate taxes go?
