sounds like you guys need a better well pump or water tower -
wha would happen if a ouse starts on fire in the low pressure part of town? the whole rest of town goes without water? the whole town burns up? wait until our home insurance finds that there is no wate for fire protection........
pay now or pay later.....
in my part of the country the small community would just tap into rural water system......
