Franklinton, LA		I agree with you. When I go up north like to Memphis for example, I try to avoid seafood. It is difficult to find good seafood when you get up north. On the other hand, last Thursday while in Baton Rouge I had a really good fried crayfish tail Po Boy for lunch. Last night we went to a local restaurant with some friends. I "pigged out" on the seafood buffet. The seafood gumbo, boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, fried oysters, fried catfish, fried frog legs, grilled catfish and boiled crabs were really good. In a few weeks they will add boiled and fried crayfish to the buffet.

They have fried chicken and pizza for people who do not like good food.
