Here in NJ, traditional malls are a thing of the past and the ones that are still in operation, have issues with teens acting up. Lack of safety, online shopping which kills the need for anchor stores, along with the new trend of building strip-malls at the entrances of new housing developments, have all contributed to the lack of new business at traditional malls.
