Rivers, MB | Is that Black Gold's wash plant?
I was in Florida last March at a conference that Snyder's Lance hosted for their suppliers. Met a group of Black Gold's people in charge of production and shipping. Nice group.
regarding the potato size. Our provinces potato yield was up substantially this year. My understanding is that a lot of the yield comes right at the end as the tubers bulk up. So I'd assume that a big yield means bigger potatoes.
