I would say 30 tabs is not a good idea, but if you do that max out the RAM on whatever you get. Clean out the temp files often too.
Not familiar with Chronos SSD, google them up or go to newegg.com and see if they sell and look at the reviews.

Ive had an OCZ brand SSD for just less than a year. No issues, and the reviews on newegg were mostly all good. I have the 250g size.

Here is a DELL I5 with 8 gig memory, this seller may customize with a SSD.
