Subject: RE: controlling a double-link plow with IntelliSlope

SW Ohio
The Intellislope would probably work, in elevation mode. But several people think it won't operate a double link at its full accurate speed potential.

My research and understanding is that agps or Wmdrain with a imd600 roll sensor is the way to go on a double link.

Benefit of the imd is it corrects roll and replaces the latec angle sensor (displays shank pitch on tmx 2050 screen), so you know if you need to adjust poundage

Poundage is pressure up or down on the second link for soft or hard conditions.

The imd600 Pitch unlock has no benefit for a double link.

The cylinders closest to the dozer are the only cylinders that grade, second link floats.

You'll need a poundage control potentiometer for the second link, it's in integrated into the second link`s pvg32 proportional danfoss valve. Bill @ flint hydraulics will set you up, or midtech. Open center hydraulics is not a problem if you have at least 2800psi...just plumb it right,.

I'm not a dealer, this info is from talking to a lot of people around us/canada.
