swohio | A very good week for me. 229.4, almost 3lbs. lost. Was a very busy week, finished shelling corn, 2 days of washing eq., and more of that maybe this week if it gets as warm as they say. When I'm in the house for long periods of time is when the weight starts to go up. So trying very hard to just eat 1 severing and not fill the plate. If I can eat just enough not to get too hungry before next meal, that seems to be working. Good luck everyone this week. | |
