n.c.iowa | I like smoked meats, but many people have a tendency to over smoke, which I really don't care for.
Something that you might want to check into, is that a lot of the pellets being used are "flavored" pellets. In essence what they are doing is using a flavor neutral wood, and flavoring it with essences of the various wood smokes.
Some of the smokes from this type of pellet give me stomach problems, and they taste "weird" to me.
