No they didn't reveal if the person produced working sperm or working ovaries... if one was working I would say the fact they can reproduce will more than likely be a desire of theirs someday like most do. Doesn't matter if they come out looking hideous. Or most beautiful man in the world...
If female parts never developed and male reproductive parts never fully developed than this isn't a transition! And sex isn't going to be a huge identification of their life! Why would a person use an example like this to justify a fully opperating male reproductive system cut off and unnatural hormone suppressants given to an 8 yr old who can't vote, drive, smoke or drink, go to war or even legally have sex?? The age is more revolting than the whole transition thing...
