Generally once off the ground it will cope with more than you'd think - but for first few flights much better wait until it's almost calm. Even if you have your own weather station (like me) it is hard to judge and above 100 feet the speed can increase dramatically. The top speed of P3 won't be much over 30mph so winds gusting more than that will soon take it away. Always aim to go upwind if it's at all borderline. I wouldn't normally go up with it more than 15-20mph You can switch of the GPS and let it drift briefly to see wind speed on the app - often surprising.
