Subject: Gauge wheel tire "slop"

Macon, IL
I have the tires on planter that are nylon on outside-an steel on inside.

Took them all off to replace opening disks and half of them are sloppy as heck-wobble back and forth when you shake arm. I thought bearings were bad at first-but do not appear to be. Do those nylon rims just stretch out over time and allow bearing to flop a bit?

Putting RK Kits on so I know arms will be tight-hate to buy whole new sets of rims but not sure if there is any other way to fix....
