Was just curious as to what type of grease is best for loader pins on payloader? What type most use?

As mentioned, 3 or 5% moly additive is great.

Lithium complex is easy to find and cheap, but calcium or aluminum complex will hold up better/longer.

I had been using Belray Molylube aluminum complex, but it was hard to get and our non-moly grease is Delo ESI which is lithium. Switched to Delo HD 5% moly which is also lithium, doesn't stay in pins as long but it's easy to get and no concerns over mixing different thickeners.
