+1 something in the water will usually knock it out. Sorry didn't read past post, but seem like I never had any luck mass treatment. Usually the ones that where not sick where sick within a few days after I got them worked up and stressed going through the chute.
Last group I got in looked like crap when they got off truck. I put some medication in water and sorted the the worst 10% off and got rid of them. Have had to treat 6-8 of them and of them 6-8 there are 3-4 of them that are never gonna amount to anything other than a loss.
If this group hasn't been there that long I would be in contact with past owner. Good luck, nothing more frustrating than sick cattle.
