VA | I sell a small amount of registered Angus Bulls. 1st off I would tell you take him to yard and make check in my name. I would then do 1 of 2 things replace him with another bull that is better than he was or if I didnt have 1 I would write a check for whatever you paid. Had 1 break his leg 4 days after he was delivered I replaced him and gave a 500 credit for next bull he seemed happy and has referred a few guys to me.
All this applies if he was a registered animal if he was a stockyard bull or something similar all bets are off. But any breeder worth his boots will make this right his rep depends on it | |
