It all depends on location/temperature.


In this corner of Iowa I wouldn't be the least bit worried about 5500 bu of 19% corn put in a bin in early Nov that has had a fan running on it since.     

 
 

The only concerning part is the corn that is on the floor but I'd be worried about the bottom 4-6" staying in condition even if it had went in the bin at 14%, corn on cement is a recipe for manure in this part of the world.   Too much condensation on the concrete.






 



The thing that would concern me is the fact that the bins don't have a full drying floor, if they did there would be no worries at all, but corn that wet on concrete would scare me.
