Nice documentary.
With a 9' deep trench and all this talk about tile drain lines I am surprised I didn't see any trench boxes and a nice straight walled trench.
Out here in what many AG talkers call the desert (CA) just about anything over 3 feet depending on the location will have drainage wells every hundred feet or so and trench boxes to keep the groundwater from caving in the trench.
