We've got an oil pipeline going through our place and I'm surprised your pipe is 9 feet deep. We couldn't get our pipe more than five feet deep which will cause trouble if we ever want to drain over the top. The deeper the better since warm oil will always impact yields near the pipe. Our yields will never be the same in the pipe area.
