Nope I don't want to go back to all of that..  That's why we need effective policies in place now. 



Jon, I read or skim most of your posts on here, so with all due respect, the only effective policy is no policy.

I grew up in the 80's and Dad had me 'go brush hog that set aside patch'! I played the LDP game in the 90's. Watch ground go into CRP as neighbors retired about the time I was in high school and come home from college and see it setting there unproductive. Ground that could of had a cow or renter on it. Even though I participate in them, I very much dislike the government and its programs. Let the free market sort things out. The law of supply and demand seems to work itself out.
