“These are the times that try men's souls.” | This pipeline protest was all about the money, pipeline didn't cave into them and pay indians off. So next best thing is mount a protest. All the Nepa work was done on land before any equipment started rolling on the ground to construct pipeline. Sad state of affairs, Army Corps of Engineers need a house cleaning. Sad fact when someone is paid off on this deal, not one of those protesters will ever see a dollar of payoff money. It will be conveniently lost in a paper shuffle into a few pockets. It is never about the environment, just somebody's wallet.
