NE Oregon | Local sale barn started taking video of loads of cattle on farm for on farm shipping and putting the video up on monitors during the sale and auctioning. Can do later delivery or asap delivery. Contract was for 590 lbs, 60 days weaned, double vaccinated, with a 12 cent slide and 25# weight stop up and down and 2% shrink. Sold last Thursday and picked up Sunday, headed to California grass market. We ended up bringing the 18 biggest steers home to get the average down within that 25# weight stop area. | |
