If a person's pigweeds are triazine-resistant, Lorox might not work.  Some populations of Palmers have cross-resistance, since Lorox is somewhat related to triazines.  Other populations that are triazine-resistant are still susceptible to Lorox.  Depends on the exact mutation that created the resistance.  Hence, a local thing.
