I hope you are right that we will have less regulations and hopefully more favorable wet land regulations but that is all because of less government involvement. I would guess that the farm programs will be cut similar to the other regulations so we hopefully we will gain on one side but I think we will lose income on the farm bill side.
As far as having a voluntary set aside, we already have that in the form of CRP. I don't think we could get anything else through unless we tie it to a conservation bill of some type and we can get some environmental groups on our side to help us get some type of set aside. I am not sure if that would be good for us overall as anything we don't produce will just get more acres overseas. It will be interesting to see what happens going forward.
