Welcome back David. Yes, the pounds can creep back on so easily. Wish a person could just lose the weight and it would stay off without a struggle. You are off to a great start with an 8.6 pound loss. That is a great way to come back. Good luck this week, you will be back in those firehose pants before you know it.
