It is good to hear that there are some corn hybrids that could be planted at a slightly lower population and maintain yield.. For a few years now many talk of lowering soybean populations and having it turn out to be a financial success. If one changes their corn population or runs a test it is usually to the higher side. We are guilty of that ourselves. Maybe we should run a few test to the lower side of corn pops ourselves.
