SC Iowa | I could see using IRA to buy some land far away or apartments or something. But anything close I would not want the restrictions the IRA come with. Would want to use it myself..
If you were forced to pick without considering the location of the ground, which do you think would be better for the IRA growth in 15 years? Land or stocks?
What would it rent for next year? Do you pick your own stocks or more index backed??
