south east iowa | I would say at your age grain storage and a building for seed business is a good investment for your future. A good working relationship with a lender is so critical. By chance if you do need to expand and find a need for larger equipment I would cross that bridge when and if it comes up. A person could always rent or use a custom operator for a season. I wouldn't let what might happen alter what is a good decision today. | |
