Bloomington and Putnam IL | If you lost the weight once you can do it again! I am 5'9" and started at 195 and was 151 yesterday (lost 22.5% of me). Took my time and want to get down to around 145. If you can, try to add some physical activity to watching the carbs and sugars. I lift weight 3 times a week and like to run my 4 miles 3 or 4 times a week and a 5K every weekend if possible. Going to be hard to win any races even if you get back to 250 but I love the competition.
