I want to say thanks for the replies and that I may have put the cart before the horse! I talked today with my insurance agent and I could buy a lift and have it paid for in 2 years for the savings on insurance. I'm unsure if it is just that company that wants nothing to do with them or not but I am thinking it will get filled in!!
