On selecting the order on a PC you can drag and drop the photos by holding mouse button down and dragging thumbnails into the order you want then click on the save order button before hitting I'm done uploading attachments.

To add text between pictures you need to be linking to images that are already on the web at an image sharing place like my Imageevent pictures.

You use the little green tree button and place the web picture address in the pop up box. Then you can write more text or explain the picture , add another picture etc etc.
