| Hi Bill, been wondering how you are doing. Hey, nobody is perfect, me for sure. Not sure why anyone is even posting on my thread the way I am not losing weight lately. But if you don't post, it just becomes too easy to forget it all and go back to old habits. So you say you gained back half of what you lost, so what, it happens to the best of us. Why don't you make a plan of coming back at the beginning of the year. Get your mind focused to do that and give it a shot. You know I will welcome you back with open arms. | |
