Super job BJ I wish I could work that long and hard and stick with it as you have done. Last year Deb and this group helped me loose over 65 lbs and I was so proud but then I slipped and gained over half back. Deb is a very special person and I wonder what the total weight loss is for all of us she has and continues to help. This makes me feel that I have let you all down and I must get back at it.
