Iowa | I'll attach a simple spreadsheet someone linked on here once before. Sometimes simple is good. It came from Beck's website and has some nice features. The numbers inputted on this spreadsheet also came from becks and were for example purposes only.
There are lots of these ready made spreadsheets available from university extensions and other sources as well.
My spreadsheet is part of larger workbook that does more things, is more detailed, and does multiple crops on multiple farms. It's a bit more complex and would possibly require some instruction to use properly. Likewise, other types of purchased managerial software tends to do more things and require more input and instruction.
