SCPA, Franklin County | A good family friend recently moved to a retirement village in town. He, age 80, called me today and admitted he gathered a bucket full of turnips from one of my fields cover crop mix last week. He said " all those old people in here are eating these things like candy, Everytime they see me, they say bring us more, bring us more"
He proceeded to ask permission to get some more. How could I say no to that? Lol | |
