Last year our wheat set in the dust over a month before a little shower brought it up in mid Novemeber. Had the best crop ever. We have had zero rain for 7 weeks and above normal temps. Most of the wheat in corn and bean ground has not germinated and no rain in the forecast.


Basically the same here in SE Nebraska. Sowed wheat after beans on October 10th. Maybe a third of it emerged in the fall. In March we went ahead and fertilized it. Made 70 BPA which is exceptional for this area and this kind of ground.
