87P06 stood great this year but also did the 86G32 and both yielded close to 100. 2928 and 3888 Dekalb did well also. We didn't have any issues with any of these falling over except on terrace tops but we're scared about the 3888 being about 5' tall. Left a lot of residue. If wanting something to stand the 06 will do it for you I think very comparable to the 2928.


I only planted 2928 once - because it fell down. It is a LOT shorter statured than 87P06 and quite a bit shorter seasoned as well. It also doesn't tiller as much. From my limited experience with it, the yield seems to be limited, but it will handle drought well.
