Southern Mn | realistically it should bring about 520,00 if you are looking at it as an 80. With only 60 tillable, that would actually be about 8600 an acre. If you look at it as 80 acres it would be 6,500 an acre, and most guys would say he stole it. Fact remains you cant make money on the waterway running through it and eventually you will lost more tillable ground once the local Gov makes you seed buffer strips along it. | |
