Ontario | i think it's investors driving up prices. even crappy ground seems to be moving for $15k/a then good ground anywhere from $20k to $25k. never make money at those prices, hell your grandkids probably wouldn't even see a profit from it. also apparently there's no difference between workable acres and woods anymore because they want the same price for both despite the woods being nearly useless aside from logging it every decade or so | |
