I always stop and remove my cap.

While the chance of this being the case is slim with how the world is today and not having a sense of respect, but that person that was driving like an idiot MAY have had a good reason to do so. What if their own family member was in trouble or in the hospital about to pass on? I'd be tough to blow past a procession, but if it meant getting to talk to my grandpa, grandma, etc one last time before they passed I'd be hell bent on making it there too.
