| In some places within the first 3 days either party has the right to terminate the contract after 3 days it is harder for the seller to back out.
I was in contract for buying a house and had every inspection contingency put in the contract.
The inspectors found many problems such as well, structure, electrical panel, hidden mold, termites and septic. All inspections found problems so I was out the cost of all those inspections and got my Ernest money back. | |
