And then if you have someone waiting for the next few hours with a rifle to take out the Beavers trying to rebuild, you can make some headway. We try and do this during freeze up. Makes it hard to rebuild when everything is frozen. Or wait till ice is thick enough and go out and open up the lodge when it's -30. That takes care of them as well.
All good advice. And I was waiting and watching for the beavers to show up as the dam was being broken. Never saw a sign of them and they did not rebuild so I got lucky that time. |
