6' tall here and not a problem for me in my '13. Course I tilt my seat back a bit, you know like "laid back swerving like I'm George jones". But I know what you're saying these newer trucks with the windshield sloped more seem to feel smaller. Until you get in a 85-95 ford. Those seem small to me. Plenty of leg room in my '13 though.
Who else doesn't fit in a Dodge pickup?
