never had it,,,BUT heard a doughnut shaped pad in the back or heel of the show MAY help. Sure would not hurt and its self diagnostic,
I always thought facuitis was more in the arch and middle bottom of the foot, It is said rolling your foot over a ball, apple or orange type thing helps that,,so find something right size and try it.
