If it's plantar fasciitis it will real bad in the morning. You will need a arch support to stretch it. Going to a Dr to get a perscription, or get some of the shelf and try them? Wife had to roll a plastic bottle with her arch and was told to wear shoes all the time even in the house.

For the past month or two I've been suffering with a sore heel. I'm on my feet a lot. I thought wearing a new pair of boots would take care of it. Seemed to help at first. Mainly I wear pull on western type work boots. Gonna see if wearing tennis shoes for a while will lessen the pain. Will also order some softer sole lace up boots.

For two days I've been trying to reassemble a plow. With this persistent pain I'm just not very productive. Hard to concentrate on other things when every step causes you to hurt.

I've never had trouble like this before. Hope it's not a spur or plantar fasciitus.

Has anyone else here had this problem and found a remedy? If so, other than staying off your feet, what helped?
