The failure light is separate from power on the center pin.
Check that first.
Tempte will do a blink code to tell you which location is the problem, I'd think Wilson would too but maybe not or that's a year specific requirement and yours is too old. Google search it.
If you don't see an obvious problem on the wheel assembly you suspect and you can't get blink codes to have it tell you, on the one you suspect you might try unplugging the wire and seeing if you can tap the sensor back up against the tone ring. Spacing is critical for them and too wide a gap is a common problem.
Once you do that you have to get over 10 or 15 mile an hour to reset the system.
