Subject: 7.3L dies when angled

Paradise KS
have a 97 7.3L powerstroke f250. It will die sometimes going up an incline, like going up and over an intersection. It will die going up. Always fires right back up no problem and can continue on my way. Will also die going up a hill and getting on the gas. It acts and seems like a fuel issue but can't pinpoint what it might be. Air in the lines maybe?

I had it up on a lift couple days ago and replaced a brake line. It ran fine with no problems for a couple days and then it did it again, you can pretty well replicate the issue when going up an incline.

Any thoughts?
