No it's not. Bought my wife I don't know how many non stick pans, they all start sticking after a while and I believe that stuff is not very healthy either when it wears off into your food.

I'll grab the cast iron skillet pretty much every time I do any cooking which I do for sure every Sunday morning (breakfast burritos) unless I'm just frying an egg right quick.

And my wife has gone to using the cast iron more and more too for cooking instead of hitting me upside the head with them.

Grilled cheese samwiches are awesome from a cast iron skillet.

When conventional Teflon non stick starts to stick a cleaning with Bon Ami and a Dobie pad will remove the residue that causes the sticking.
