South cental Ohio | Finally replaced my electric stove and got a gas range put in the kitchen a few months ago. Nothing better than cooking with gas ! I have been using an old black cast iron skillet to fry bacon and what not and I was wondering if that new non-stick copper cookware is any count? Or should I just stay with my cast iron? My cast iron doesn't give me much trouble as long as I cook "low and slow" but that new stuff looks like its so much easier. What do you think ? Thanks. | |
