Ag loan volume is up which means as grain stays flat to cheap more bushels will have to move by spring to pay back loans.
Loan officers are a little more concerned about cash flows than they have been.
Crop revenue insurance coverage is going to be less than back years. ( more concern for bankers )
I think that the lows will come more towards the March 17 time frame.
This winter when you do your cash flow your banker is going to make you prove what you raised not just take your word for it. ( as in sell it or put it under loan. I as a loan officer am in job preservation mode as the board is looking over my back.) | |
